JCB has spent over 80 years perfecting its engineering expertise. So, it’s no surprise that our scissor lift S1932E electric model is packed with world-class, efficiency-enhancing features:

• Folding rails allow the machine to fit through standard doorways, while a waterproof cover on the platform’s power outlet offers protection from the elements.
• The S1932E platform supports two people indoors. Double the workforce, double the productivity.
•  With a controller cradle design that can be used on all sides of the basket, and on the ground, the S1932E is easy to operate. Plus, the machine can be driven at full height, at a reduced drive speed.
• A Charge level indicator keeps you informed of battery status on the job, to help reduce unplanned downtime.
• Hose and harnesses are routed carefully and assembled to remove the risk of hose chaffing or trapping when the platform raises and lowers.

JCB machines are built to last, and this one is no different. With expertly designed parts protecting every element of the mechanism, you can count on maximum quality, and maximum uptime:

• High-quality JCB parts, plus industry-standard components ensure easy integration into your fleet.
• Wear and tear prevention includes motor protection plates, warning light protection, and wear pads between scissor sections to stop metal-on-metal wear.
• Faster fault finding with individually fused circuits to ensure that if one fuse blows, only one circuit goes down, not the entire machine.

We understand that whether you’re an experienced professional or you’re looking to hire a scissor lift for the first time, user-friendly features are essential:

• Easy, safe entry and exit with an ergonomic door handle that can be used even with gloved hands, and a ladder with familiar excavator-style steps.
• Easy, novice-friendly controls with an ergonomic controller cradle designed for both left and right-hand use, and a simple foot pedal for deck extension.
• Easy power tool connection with a weatherproof power outlet inside the basket.
• Easy manoeuvring and loading with a winch point located on the front of the chassis, and large tie down points for straightforward transportation.
• Easy battery isolation with a large handle that can be operated even while wearing gloves.

As falls from height are one of the biggest causes of workplace injury worldwide, JCB makes sure its aerial access platforms are always safety first:

• The Pothole protection system is a key part of ensuring safety and stability, the lift scissor can only raise once the pothole protection struts are fully deployed.
• Fully proportional raise and drive controls with creep speed mode allow for precise control over machine movements.
• Tilt sensors prevent the machine from elevating if it exceeds its permitted operating slope of 1.5 degrees side to side, or 3 degrees front to back, with a warning displayed on the platform controller.
