ECI JCB operates from a purpose-built, state-of-the-art headquarters in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin — a 27,000 sq ft facility set across a 3-acre site, housing a fully stocked Parts Department, a comprehensively equipped workshop, and complete administrative and training support facilities.
Their southern operation is based in Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork, offering the same high standard of service with a dedicated Parts Department, machine repair workshop, and a full on-site support and administration team.
Underpinning both locations is a nationwide mobile service operation, with factory-trained service engineers deployed from Rathcoole and Carrigtwohill, as well as remotely based personnel operating from satellite vehicles equipped with full on-board repair and diagnostic capability. A highly experienced field-based national sales team completes the network, ensuring expert coverage across the country.
