The 525-60 Hi Viz telescopic handler is equipped with a powerful Stage V compliant JCB Diesel by Kohler engine, which generates a torque of 310 Nm at only 1,500 rpm.

• Since this engine generates its maximum torque at a speed of 1,500 rpm, it can adjust the gearbox and hydraulics to save fuel.
• An automatic regeneration function of the diesel particulate filter (DPF) enables maximum productivity and uncompromising performance. 
• The AutoStop function of the new Stage V model automatically shuts off the engine when the 525-60 Hi Viz is safely parked and not in use.

JCB's innovative adaptive load control system automatically prevents the 525-60 Hi-Viz telescopic handler from tipping forward when working with heavy loads.

• JCB LiveLink can now also monitor the use of seat belts to ensure the driver's safety on the machine.
• The large glass pane on the roof, the opening rear window and the fold-back upper door provide excellent all-round visibility.
• Hose rupture check valves (HBCVs) protect the cylinders from failure in the event of a hose rupture.
